BITTER TASTE OF DEFEAT

Got a game of C&C Naps in before my holidays. I played against old rival Arthur and this time he gave me a good spanking, 8-3 on the banner count. A bitter taste indeed. The scenario chosen was Waterloo. As you can see from the picture above, it has a lot of units of various types. We used 20mm plastic figs from Arthur's collection.

After some initial manoeuvring and skirmishing,  my centre was smashed by a powerful attack by the French cavalry who ripped into my line infantry and artillery.

The Ministry of Munitions has appropriated a new score board to display the banner count. What the kids don't know and all that.
