Found these two interesting podcasts on the RTE Radio One site recently.
Firstly the Royal Irish a documentary about The Royal Irish Regiment, one of the historic Irish regiments of the British army. The footage in this documentary was recorded by Irishmen serving in the British Army whilst in Afghanistan and includes a number of extensive battle scenes. Well worth hearing.
The second documentary Rubber Swords deals with larping. LARPing or Live Action Role-playing allows participants to get stuck into one another with rubber swords. What can be wrong with that.
